The Job Spec of a Moderator

1. To ensure posts are all above board and bad lanuage is not used.
2. When editing members messages they must be informed of what they did wrong. If the member persists then he is to be reported up the chain of command (to the Administrator).
3. To keep the message boards interesting and to weed out old news.
4. To recruit new users to your area.
5. To ensure adveritising is not used on this site, Advertising is the right of the Administrators only.
